Great place, great location and great host!
We really enjoyed our stay at Brad’s home. We especially loved the heated pool and backyard! We would recommend based on that alone.
Check in and check out we’re about as easy as it gets.
I thought the value for the price was better than virtually any other listing we looked at that was also available during the dates we needed.

The clean, beautiful home was very cozy and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The beds were all very comfortable with a spacious kitchen and dining area. The pool and hot tub were both nice and clean. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Brad's place and would definitely want to stay there again when visiting the area.

Great central location allowing for commuting around to all edges of the greater PHX area in a reasonable amount of time located in a nice neighborhood.
The kitchen is very well appointed, and throughout the home there are nice touches that make you feel right at home. Great place to stay if traveling with kids.
Would happily stay again on our next trip to the area.

This place is exactly as described at Airbnb. It was clean, neat, spacious, and suitable for my family’s needs. Having the pool there and Jacuzzi was a great bonus.
Brad was very responsive when we had questions but overall we were very happy with the property. I would definitely stay there again if I came back to Phoenix.

The location of the house is great. We had a car which would be best.
It is in a nice quiet neighborhood.

We had an amazing stay! The heated pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing, and the games made it easy to keep everyone entertained. The house was spotless, well-kept, and had plenty of space for our group. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet — we enjoyed a walk and saw families with kids and people out walking their pets. Brad was incredibly kind and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. We would absolutely stay here again — highly recommend!
